The location is fantastic, right in the heart of the old part of town. The quirky decor adds a charming touch.

The steep stairs are quite the trek and can be daunting, especially for anyone with heavy luggage or mobility issues. Noise levels are a significant concern. With nearby bars and early morning waste collection, it's hard to catch a decent night's sleep. Some cleanliness issues were apparent, such as dusty corners and an outdated kitchen that felt neglected. The absence of air conditioning could, and the lack of soundproofing exacerbated the overall disruptions during the night.

Brilliant location, we didn't want to leave.

Simply no complains at all, FAIRLY NICE stay. Lovely romantic and reasonably spacious rooms with microwave as well as kitchen, great service.

Loved the fresh, homemade organic goodies at Pharmacia, just a stroll away! The comfy beds in our Suite, and the staff were quick to accommodate our needs.

The trek up steep stairs was a workout, especially with luggage. A few sachets of coffee would've been a nice touch, too.

The room is great little and tastefully decorated, comes with drinks, sofa, for example. The staff is affable and the food is brilliant.

Exceptionally comfortable and absolutely charming hotel located short walk to Sodre train station, funicular and Time Out Market as well as Museum of pharmacy with garden cafe and incredibile colection of medical items. A wide array of freshly made food. Public parking nearby provided. The fast check-in process too...

The noise was unbearable throughout my stay. I could hear everything from the street, especially when the bins were taken out early each morning. It's infuriating that the sound insulation is so poor, and I was constantly disrupted by loud music from nearby bars until late at night.

Amazing place with great amenities like free wi-fi, a tv, electric kettle, and express check-in. The staff helped me with good exchange rates on my first stay, which I fondly remember. Highly recommend bringing earplugs for sleep. I'm returning for a romantic escape.
